Amendable Change
We revised the plan to better suit modern living. Eliminating the 3rd upstairs bedroom allowed us to add a spacious living room, giving family and guests their own private space to relax and recharge away from the main floor.
Thoughtful Design
Coming home has never been easier. An 8-foot bench and drop zone by the fridge make unloading simple, while the walk-in pantry and direct path to the primary suite keep everything organized and within reach.
Expansive Living
Anchored by a 21-foot accordion door, the 14-by-36-foot power-screened porch creates a seamless connection to nature—offering space to entertain, relax, and enjoy the outdoors without insects or the elements intruding.
